If you don't know what the curve shows, it probably sounds like a "steep learning curve" is more difficult than a "flat" one - steep hills are harder to climb, right? And nowadays that seems to be how it is usually used. So a steep learning curve actually means you learn fast, and a flatter learning curve means you learn slower. What's that, exactly? Originally I believe the learning curve showed how much you've learnt (on the vertical axis) versus time (on the horizontal). The article says that the program has a "low learning curve". Part of the confusion probably comes from the fact that Adobe seems to have deleted references to this version from its own update history: This 15.1.x build is missing from the main version history list in the article.
